ISN Campaign News:
- Battle at Zha Ha Doom Players launch final attack on Zahadoom as Kosh's Vorlon Battleship opens up a Jump Point. The entire armada of a dozen allied player ships moves into ZHD hex and engages remaining Shadow fleet of Battleships and massive carriers. The Allied fleet successfully kills all Shadow vessels but losses the Vorlon battleship. As The First Ones pass beyond the Rim, and the Minor Races now assume their place in the Babylon 5 Galaxy. Back at home many Capitals burn from the destruction of the rise of the Shadows. Throughout the Galaxy evacuations have begun at numerous capitals as many/most are expected to be destroyed in the next turn. This Galaxy is truly going up in flames and it would seem at this point that there is little that can be done to change that course. The Babylon 5 Campaign will end with, "The year of Fire, the year of destruction, the year of great pain, the year everything changed ,.. it is the end of history!"
- The Preator is Killed in Battle Again the Shadows have slain a National Leader, this time the Romulans mourn for Preator Shalafi who was killed fighting the Shadows at the same location that Commander Sheridan died at long ago, The Watcher Hole. In addition to the Romulan fleet a Ranger fleet of White Stars was also destroyed. For most, the Watcher hex is now considered off limits as it seems unbreachable, the Nebula makes the Shadows very powerful. This puts a serious limit now on the number of ships that can get to Zha Ha Doom with Kosh and his Vorlon BB. Hope throughout the Galaxy fades as the minor races suffer defeat after defeat at the hands of the Shadows. It is now worried that indeed the attack on ZHD will meet the same fate at the first Vorlon attempt: FAILURE
- The Rise of the Shadows The ominous power readings in the crusts of all nations capital planets continues to grow. Federation scientists predict impulse 3 of turn 10 the power readings will approximate known Shadow vessel readings. It is expected at that point all capitals will become under heavy Shadow attack. Following this announcement panic has swept the Galaxy. Full details on probably assault forces is to follow tonight on the message board.
- The Vorlon Home World Freed From Stasis With the Shadow Stasis generators destroyed the Vorlons enter the game with their last remaining vessel, Kosh's Vorlon Battleship. The massive ship is preparing to open a Jump Point to Zha Ha Doom and bring the war directly to the Shadow planet. The Vorlon ship can stack 11 other vessels breaking all stack rules and making for a mighty fleet. This will be the second time the Vorlons have tried to knock out the Shadows, the last ended when their home world was placed in stasis and control of the Vorlon fleet was broken. The Vorlons are tied to their home world in ways not yet fully understood (including by the ref :). Impulse 1 of turn 12 the Vorlon/Coalition fleet will hit ZHD. The Shadow defenses were seriously weakened in the first battle, it is hoped enough that the minor races and Kosh's BB can take out the remaining known 6 massive Shadow vesels (those that destroyed the Enterprise).
- Fire Storm engulfs Klingon Capital It truly was the year of fire. See images below. Under the Royal Chambers of the Council building in the capital city of Qo' Nos, the Resistance detonated a massive thermo nuclear device. The detonation has leveled the capital city and destroyed an estimated 12 million Klingons. Also caught in the blast was the entire Centauri occupational command structure including the Regent, his command staff and a large but unknown number of occupying Centauri. A firestorm of massive size rages as we speak engulfing most of the rest of the surrounding lands around the Capital. Even the Centauri were too stunned to comment of the events. Rumors point to a cloaked vessel in orbit around Qo' Nos as supplying the device and the Romulans are denying any involvement. A public statement from the Klingon Leaders is on the message board. Rumors are,.. they vow more until either the Centauri leave or there is nothing left of the planet.
- It Was the Year of Fire The people of this Galaxy watch as nations throw fleet after fleet into the meat grinder known as Wolf 2316. The bravery of the crews of these ships is duly noted as it is well known they will not live, and hope to only inflict damage upon the massive Shadow fleet there. Nafeel - Leader of the Minbari's last words as he flew into the face of the Shadow Dreadnaught were, "I lead so that others will follow" shortly after a massive exchange of weapons fire, his ship was destroyed. The entire Minbari nation is in prayer over the loss of the famous Flagship and their great leader. The Rangers over the loss of the Pellaes, Earth Alliance over the loss of the Babylon 5 Defense Fleet. The list goes on as the Galaxy sets its resolve to gain eventual victory and destroy the last Stasis Field Generator trapping the Vorlon Home World.
- A Convergence of Nations and Ideals From many far flung reaches of space a growing number of nations and fleets are converging on the Vorlon Nebula, rumors are that in addition to the Minbari Super Fleet and the Earth Alliance DN fleet, the Romulans, ISC and Rangers have joined this Coalition and stand by ready to fight to the last ship if needed. It seems apparent that attempts to sow division, and promote conflict in the Minor Races by the Shadows has indeed failed. United in a common goal, there is little doubt that the Vorlon Home World will be released from Stasis. It has become just a matter of how many lives and ships it will take to accomplish that objective.
- The Vorlons Nations brace for the results of the Minbari attack on the last Stasis Field Generator. Should they succeed and free the Vorlons many wonder what the impact will be. Throughout the Galaxy nations hold their breath as the results of the battle filter in. All eyes turn to hex 2316 await word from the Grey Council. UPDATE: The Earth Alliance has announced they have a Dreadnought fleet on route to Wolf 2316 and should arrive after the battle. Should the Minbari fail they have orders to engage and destroy the Shadows.
- Babylon 6 Rumors are Babylon 6 is nearing completion and a discrete search for a commander is under way by President Nash.

Detonation under Royal Chambers in Capital City of Klingon Home World - Qo' Nos, estimated 12 million Klingons killed. Centauri occupying command structure obliterated, Centauri Regent killed. The Resistance claims credit for the destruction. Rumors point to the a cloaked vessel in orbit supporting the resistance as providing means to do this desperate act. Romulan deny any aid.

Centauri consider a massive orbital bombing campaign to control outbreaks of rebellion throughout the planet and as retaliation for the detonation of the Nuclear device, which killed 1000's of Centauri. Ambasssadors on Babylon 5 urge restraint in the Centauri Leaders. With the complete loss of the finest Golf resort around, it is unknown if Emperor Cotto will unleash devestation upon the planet or not.

Klingon Leaders call for all out rebellion against the Centauri occupiers. With the destruction of the Centauri Command structure, there is outright chaos on the capital planet. Many cities are in flames. Klingons have stated if they cannot live free they would rather die trying. Even if the odds are 1 million Klinon killed to each Centauri that is better than living as Slaves to the Centauri
